More Dog Laws

The government want to bring in new laws for dogs that will be difficult to enforce, why do not they just use the ones every ones forgot about.

1. There is a law that requires you to have a dog Licence you use to get it from the police station or the post office.
2. Dog wardens are used by the council use them!
3. Existing pet insurance can cover you for legal costs etc
   

Like MOT and tax no dog licence unless you have insurance.

For very dangerous dogs move them into the dangerous animals act like lions etc so they have to be properly looked after.

What is the problem use existing laws and enforce them!
New laws will just be dropped as unworkable it is noise to make the government look good.
