Templates for email message

To create a template message in outlook 365

1.  Open a new message.
2. Look at the ribbon bar and select View Template 

A sidebar should open as below with built in templates In.

Press the  Template + Symbol the sidebar will Change.

Type in the Title and the body of the text you want to appear in the e-mail, Close the window.

Your new template has been created and will appear in the list. Click on the template t use.
