How To Display Outlook Notes in One Note

 

To display your Outlook notes in One Note Office 365 Only.

Click the paper Icon in the upper right corner of the Ribbon menu bar'

A side bar will appear Log in with your Office 365 Username and password. One Note will search for your Outlook Notes, you can add new notes to Outlook.

My background will not blur in Teams

 So you know that teams will blur the background on your video call but the option is not available.

This is because not  all machines have the graphics capability to blur the background. Advance graphics cards are required that are not available on older and budget machines.

Can Not Reinstall Outlook 365

This week we had an issue with Outlook not sending emails to the server. We tried all the normal fixes repair, restart etc but no luck.
The next idea was to reinstall office 365 so a quick uninstall and there it was gone, a quick reboot to get rid of any registry keys that where hanging about.
    The installer was downloaded from the Microsoft site and  hung when trying to install. After a half dozen attempts it was time to talk to the might Google, and it came up with as file to completely remove office from the computer as it seems that some bits sometimes remain stopping the reinstalling.

Download the  o15-ctrremove cab file, ran it and after a quick reboot was able to reinstall Office 365 No problem.

Can not save file to Onedrive

  So your one drive is not saving your files here are a couple of things that you can check.

• Check that you have free space,
• Check that the accounts Active
• Check the length of your file path and name, One Drive does not like long paths try shortening it. This is the total path so try not to use a path like below

  One-drive\ very long name\main folder \sub folder 1\sub folder 2 \sub folder 3 \ very long file name.txt

If you have an old version of Microsoft Office and can not open some of the documents you are receiving then download and install the
Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint File Formats from
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=3

This will allow you to view these documents.
