ITV Hub is being replaced with a new streaming system called ITV X from the end of September, this is because ITV wish to add extra content to its viewers. However this has a down side as some older TVs and set top boxes will not be able to receive this new platform. This will mean that those effected will not be able to uses catch up for there favourite soap.
All Computers, mobile and Tablets will be able to use the updated app. Here is a list of affected TVs that will be come incompatible. Samsung made before 2015 for instance will not be able to receive it.
