Trouble adding Alexa Device's

 




If you are having difficulties adding Alexa devices this may be due to having 5G enabled on your router. The device you are trying to add may like only to see  2.5G. Try this 

Go into the router and see if 5G or both are running. if they are disable the 5G and restart the router. When it restarts try again to pair the device when it pairs re vist the router and re-enable the 5G. Then restart again.
