Sage Accounts "user already logged in"

If you are trying to get into Sage Accounts and  you get an error message
user already logged in
And no user is logged in  you must delete the lock file. This can be found by searching your drive for Queue.DTA. Make sure that you search all files even the hidden ones.
I Suggest that when you find it you do not delete it straight away but rename it queuexxx.dta. You should now be able to  log into Sage a new file will be created. You can then delete the old one.
